A state trooper has been arrested after prosecutors said he wrote nearly 100 fake traffic citations…this is the same guy that wrote Julio “La Hormiga Atomica” a citation a couple of weeks ago.

The Florida Highway Patrol arrested fellow trooper Paul Lawrence on 22 counts of official misconduct.  The State has already voided many of the tickets, and now the County could be shelling out a lot of money in refunds.  What was this asshole thinking?
