Homeless man angry after being tricked as part of Justin Timberlake wedding gag
On Wednesday, a video featuring several vagrants, transsexuals and street musicians wishing the Hollywood couple a happy wedding day surfaced online, reportedly a joke video a pal of the pair had made for the newlyweds. “Greetings from your Hollywood friends who just couldn’t make it,” the clip says as it begins before cutting to several clearly homeless individuals reaching out to the pair. “Jessica and Justin, I haven’t seen ya’ll in a long time,” Eddie says in the video. “My gift is in the mail.” According to Eddie, however, he had no idea who “Jessica and Justin” were or why he was sending them a message. In the later video, Eddie tells TMZ that a man – Timberlake’s friend Justin Huchel – approached him and offered him $40 to recite the pre-scripted lines on camera. A letter from attorney Michael Saltz posted to Gawker, which originally obtained the video, demanded that the clip be pulled down. “Specifically, Mr. Huchel made a video to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake’s wedding as a private joke without Mr. Timberlake’s knowledge,” he wrote. Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 31, wed in a lavish ceremony in Italy earlier this month, which was complete with small white heart-shaped petals and fireworks.
