The 36-year-old told New York Magazine last year that the couple did not sign a pre-nup, which could mean he’s entitled to half of Perry’s millions. According to California law, the couple — who wed there in October 2010 — must split their earnings 50/50. That could potentially score Brand at least $20 million. According to Forbes, the 27-year-old “Fireworks” singer is worth at least $44 million, but some reports suggest it could be more. Brand is reportedly estimated to be worth around $15 million. The couple, who surprised fans when they announced Friday they were getting divorced, had spent Christmas apart amid rumors of relentless fighting. The pair’s constant bickering was “getting worse,” which led to the split, a source told Us Weekly in December. Brand submitted the divorce papers in Los Angeles, reportedly at the request of Perry, who did not want to upset her religious parents. The superstar couple wed last October, and have been fighting off rumors of marital problems in the past few months. According to Media Take Out, two nurses at St. Luke’s Roosevelt hospital in New York City told the website earlier this week that the medical facility was expecting a “Celebrity VIP.” The website also reported that the celeb has booked half of the labor suite. The nurses could not confirm the patient is Beyonce, but that hasn’t stopped outlets from Britain’s Daily Mail to ABC’s “Good Morning America” from reporting on the rumors about Beyonce’s delivery. According to the Mail, Beyonce’s mom, Tina, and her sister, Solange (with son Julez), were spotted shopping in New York City on Thursday, adding more fuel to the fire. And on Friday, Britain’s Mirror newspaper, reported that Twitter is a flutter with rumors that Beyonce actually had the baby – and named her Tiana-May Carter. The handouts are part of a ‘harm reduction strategy’ aimed at curbing the spread of disease in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Among the items distributed are heat-resistant and shatterproof glass pipes, which experts say should reduce injury to the users’ lips and mouth. These are wounds that can make addicts more susceptible to diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis B and C. The $60,000 trial project was first announced in August, and the pipes are just one piece of drug paraphernalia that have been distributed since the start of December. Called the iCEO mini, it’s a 12-inch action figure made in his likeness.  Toy companies in icons and Dragon in Dream unveiled the figure yesterday in tribute to the tech visionary who gave the world the Mac, iPhone, iPad and iPod. The figure features Jobs’ trademark black turtleneck, jeans and sandshoes.  Publicity photos feature a miniature Mac, iPhone and iPad, but the accessories will not be included. The figure is due for release in late February for $99.99 plus shipping.
